Booking & Deposit Policy

• All bookings require a non-refundable deposit ranging from £80-£200, depending on the tattoo design and session length.

• To book an appointment, you will need to:

  • Send a clear photo of the area you wish to get tattooed.

  • Provide any reference images to help convey your ideas and preferences.

  • Share a brief description of the tattoo concept, including the approximate size and placement.

  • Skin Condition: If you have scarring, eczema, or other skin conditions in the area to be tattooed, please provide a photo so I can assess whether it’s suitable.

  • Cover-Ups or Reworks: If your tattoo is a cover-up or rework, please include photos of the existing tattoo.

• The deposit secures your appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of the tattoo on the day.

Rescheduling is limited to two times per client. After two reschedules, any further changes will result in the loss of your deposit.

• If you need to reschedule, you must provide at least 5 days’ notice. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your deposit.

Deposits are non-transferable and cannot be applied to another date if you cancel or change your mind.

• Deposits are valid for 6 months from the date of your last appointment. I cannot hold an ongoing deposit or a deposit from a cancelled appointment for longer than this time period.

• In cases where you arrive more than 30 minutes late to your appointment, the session may be canceled, and you will lose your deposit.

Payment Method: Once we’ve discussed your tattoo idea and scheduled a date, please transfer the deposit to the provided bank details.  • Appointments are only confirmed after the deposit is received. If no deposit is received within 48 hours of offering a date, the slot may be given to another client.

Pricing Structure

Day Session: £600 (6 hours)

Half-Day: £350 (3 hours)

• For anything under a half-day, the price is quoted per piece.

• Minimum charge: £80.

• For sessions between a half-day and full-day, the rate is £120 per hour.

Design Policy

• I only show tattoo designs on the day of the appointment due to working on designs in the order of scheduled appointments.

• If you’ve booked a day session or half-day session and cannot sit for the full time, the full amount will still be due unless I’ve overestimated the session length.

• I do not send designs in advance or accommodate requests to preview them earlier.

Changes to the design can be made on the day of the appointment. Major changes may require rescheduling, and a new deposit may be needed if enough notice is not given.

Day of Appointment Guidelines

• Please wear comfortable clothing appropriate for the placement of your tattoo.

Bring a valid photo ID (passport or driving license). All clients must present ID, and failure to do so may result in forfeiting your appointment and deposit.

• Ensure you are in good health on the day of your appointment. Arriving ill, drunk, or hungover will result in cancellation and the loss of your deposit.

• Only clients are allowed in the studio unless the tattoo is booked for less than an hour, in which case one friend may wait on the sofa. If you require a chaperone please contact me before your appointment to make arrangements.

• The remaining balance of the tattoo can be paid via cash or bank transfer. There are nearby ATMs, but they can sometimes be out of service, so plan ahead.

• For privacy, if your tattoo requires partial undressing, privacy screens are available upon request.

Studio Rules

No customer is allowed in the studio earlier than 10:50 am (we open at 11 am).

• Clients should arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before their appointment. Arriving too early may result in being asked to return at the correct time.

IDs are required and will be checked for anyone appearing younger than 21.

No under 18s allowed in the studio under any circumstances.

• If paying by cash, please draw out the full amount beforehand.

• No client leaves the studio without paying. If you cannot pay in full, the session will not proceed.

• Abuse or hate speech will not be tolerated. You may be asked to leave and banned from future appointments if this occurs.

• If you are traveling from outside the local area, please ensure you arrive with enough time to accommodate unexpected delays. Rescheduling on the day due to travel issues will result in the loss of your deposit.

• If you’re traveling internationally, it’s recommended to arrive a day early to avoid any travel disruptions affecting your appointment.

If travelling by car there is a multi story car park in walking distance.

If travelling by train we are located a 2 minute walk from Marylebone station (both overground and tube lines available). We are also accessible from Baker Street and Edgware Road station.

Rescheduling & Cancellation

Rescheduling is limited to two times per client. After two reschedules, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment.

• Rescheduling or cancellations require 5 days’ notice. Failure to provide this notice will result in the loss of your deposit.

• If you need to change your appointment date, please reach out as soon as possible to avoid losing your deposit.

Additional Notes

• For any tattoos requiring multiple sessions, the deposit will roll over to secure your subsequent appointment, provided you reschedule in a timely manner.

• If I need to reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will be carried over to a new agreed-upon date.

Touch-Up Policy

• Touch-ups may be required once your tattoo is fully healed.

• If you believe your tattoo needs a touch-up, please send a clear photo of the tattoo so I can assess it.

• The first touch-up is free of charge, as long as it’s not due to poor aftercare on your part.

• Touch-ups are valid for 3 months from the date your tattoo was completed.

• If you do not attend your scheduled touch-up appointment, the same cancellation policy applies (5 days’ notice required). If you fail to give adequate notice or do not show up, you will be required to pay for any subsequent touch-up appointments.
